Mitch McGugan studied at Alleyns School on a music scholarship, the Junior Royal Academy of Music and the Royal Northern College of Music.

Mitch is the most recent addition to the Bowjangles family, having joined the group in early 2008. He is currently studying for a Bachelor Degree in Contemporary Music Performance at the Institute of Contemporary Music.

As well as being a stunningly good violinist, Mitch is also an accomplished drummer specialising in Metal and is a founder member of the metal band Karybdis.
