Ezme Gaze studied at the Purcell School of Music and the Royal College of Music.
She became one of the first cellists to completely alter her technique so she could dance, act and sing whilst playing her cello. She has played at festivals, been featured on radio and TV stations, run workshops and performed in theatre productions the world over. When not performing with and running Bowjangles, Ezme also runs Classycool, a collective of exciting string players, plays with The Heritage Orchestra and has a beautiful 9 year old daughter called Star.
